[Add screenshot of all input options once “Checkbox” is working]
We offer 5 x input options with Contract Signatures for Confluence.
When you add the Signatures macro to your Confluence document in edit mode, the macro will display as a signature field by default. Editing the macro opens a window on the right, enabling you to change the field to one of the other input options.
Signature
The signature field lets signees draw their signature using their mouse or touchscreen, upload an image of their signature from their computer, or render their signature (type their name and choose a font).
Date
If you add a date field, this is automatically filled in when the contract is signed.
Initials
The initials field acts in much the same way as the signature field. Signees can draw their initials using their mouse or touchscreen, upload an image of their initials from their computer or render their initials (type their initials and choose a font).

Text
Adding a text field to a document allows a signee to add free text to a document.

Checkbox
[Krzysztof Bogdan (Unlicensed) can you explain how the checkbox option works and what the use cases are? When I added it I got a rendering error.]
