Summary 🌟
In this release, we improved the handling of non-existent groups in the approval process, ensuring flawless functionality across all views. We also improved external approver view in the Approval Path for Confluence. As for bug fix, we have resolved the external user approval link redirection issuewe’re excited to introduce our integration with Lango translator, significant improvements including toggle button in dark mode, API enhancements. Previously, if a group used in a step approval was deleted, the approvals list view failed to function, but now the application handles this scenario correctly and works seamlessly across all views, including case, project, and global.

We implemented a toggle button which now lets users switch between light and dark themes. Its visibility can be controlled via Global Settings → Page Customization tab.

When Dark Mode is disabled in Page Customization, the button should not appear on the page.
When Dark Mode is enabled, the button toggles the page’s theme between light and dark modes.

There was a bug in email notification when clicking “Reminder: Action requested for Approval” link redirected users to the page in Confluence instead of the approval path window. After the fix, the link now redirects correctly to the approval path window, allowing the approver to take action directlyPreviously, it was impossible to create a share for a newly created page. Attempting to do so resulted in an error. This issue has been resolved.

Previously, users who hadn’t confirmed their accounts received multiple account activation emails every time they opened a share secured with SAML. This issue has been resolved, ensuring users no longer receive multiple activation emails.
