Previously, there was an issue from customer viewapproval lists were broken when viewed from the customer portal (Help Center). This issue has now been resolved, and approval lists were broken. After fix now approval list appears without any issue.

Enable approval or rejection of tickets directly from email without logging into Jira

We Developed a feature enabling users to take an approval action directly from email notifications without logging into Jira.
Add a configuration sub-option for administrators titled Allow actions without Jira login under the existing Enable action buttons in notification emails setting.

Add to Enable action buttons in notification emails option description at the end 'Requires login to Jira.'

Display an action confirmation message page to the user.

  • Users receive email notifications with actionable Approve/Reject/Abstain buttons.

  • Users can take action directly from the email without logging into Jira.
