Previously, there was an issue from customer viewapproval lists were broken when viewed from the customer portal (Help Center). This issue has now been resolved, and approval lists were broken. After fix now approval list appears without any issue.

We Developed a feature enabling users to take an approval action directly from email notifications without logging into Jira.
Add a configuration sub-option for administrators titled Allow actions without Jira login
under the existing Enable action buttons in notification emails
setting.
