Share Configuration

After creating an External Share Link, you can directly configure the options in the share preview window.

  1. Share URL: The link URL to view the Jira content

  2. Share Configuration: Set up options for General, Permissions, Security, Custom Fields, and Extensions categories.

  3. Preview: By clicking the preview, you can see how changes you made and settings are applied in real-time.

  4. Send via email: Triggers an email mechanism to share the link using the user's default email service. Refer to the Email communication for additional details.
