Share Configuration

After creating an External Share Link, you can directly configure the options in the share preview window.

Customizable Options

Below is an overview of the Share Configuration options and how to customize them.

General

Adjust issue layout : Choose a customized layout, which can be set up in Global Settings.

Adjust share permissionsThis set of options defines Permissions tab allows you to define what information and actions are available accessible when sharing a Jira issue via a link . Users with access to the shared link can view existing for external viewers.

Set link expiration time: Define an expiration date and time for the link by clicking the calendar icon.

Share with specific emails or domains: Specify individual email addresses or email domains to restrict access.

Display comments with restrictions: Comments can be restricted to specific roles or groups.
