After creating an External Share Link, you can directly configure the options in the share preview window.

Share URL - : The link URL to view the Jira content
Share Configuration - You can set up : Set up options for General, Permissions, Security, Custom fieldsFields, and Extensions categories.
Preview - : By clicking the preview, you can see how changes you made and settings are applied in real-time.

Enable password protection : It allows you to set the password and external viewers who has this password will only Set a password to restrict access to the shared content. Only external viewers with the password will be able to access the external share contents.

Set link expiration time: you can set link Define an expiration date and time for the link by clicking the calendar icon.

Share with specific emails or domains: you can type specific emails or email domain if you want any email from that domain to be accessible Specify individual email addresses or email domains to restrict access.
