When you create a document for signing using Contract Signatures for Confluence, a HTML version of the Confluence page is generated and added as an attachment, as shown below.

HTML documents created using Contract Signatures include the following meta data:

  • Name of document

  • Name of creator

  • Created date and time

  • Status

When you click the Contract Signatures logo, you will see a list of all the HTML contracts that have been generated and are attached to the page. The same meta data shown on the HTML document will also display here, i.e. document name, who created it, date and time for when it was created, and its status. You can select each HTML document to archive or delete it.
