Summary

This release introduces the new Approval Summary macro, enhances expiration configuration options, and fixes key issues including accurate CSV exports and correct space display in Approval Path tabs.

New Features

Approval Summary Macro NEW

The Approval Summary macro displays a list of approvals related to the current Confluence page.

Improvements

Expiration configuration IMPROVED

Expiration can be set at Global, Definition level and during approval creation.

Optional – expiration date can be omitted at lower levels,
Required – expiration date is mandatory at lower levels,
Custom – allows setting the maximum expiration period.

Bug Fixes

Fixed CSV Export issue FIXED

We resolved an issue where the Export to CSV function in the Approvals tab (Global and Space views) ignored applied filters. Previously, the export always included all non-archived approvals, regardless of filters. CSV export now accurately reflects all filters applied in the Approvals and Activity tab.

Fixed space display issue in Approval Path tabs FIXED

We resolved the issue where a newly added space was not showing in the space field of a definition. Now, when a space is added and saved, it is correctly displayed in the definition’s space field.
