Changes

  • Added a global setting to allow manual initiation of approvals.

  • Added links in outgoing approval emails to the "My approvals" list, specific approval content, and action buttons for both internal and external approvers.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed 404 error when switching back to Personal Approvals view.

  • Fixed API issue where space-specific definitions were not displayed when listing all definitions

  • Fixed error when manually searching for "Any" definition in Definitions tab

  • Ensured GET /webapi/v2/definitions endpoint lists space-specific definitions when requested
