Your approvals, waiting on the Home page 🏠
Approvals now come to you. A personal feed on the Confluence Home page lists everything waiting on your decision, and hovering a row gives you approve, reject, and abstain right there.
No opening the app, no opening the page, no losing your place in whatever you were doing. It sits on the page you land on anyway, which is the whole point.
Approvals that work on a phone 📱
Approvals do not always wait for you to get back to your desk. The interface has been reworked for phones and tablets: row actions tuck into a menu you can tap, layouts stack instead of sliding sideways, and dialogs keep their buttons where you can reach them. Approve something from the train, if you like.
What else changed? 🛠️
Standardized approval and step status wording across the product, so comments, page content, and notification emails now consistently read Approved, Rejected, Waiting, or In progress.
Improved the global settings screens, which now group options into collapsible sections that show at a glance what is enabled.
