Create an approval definition

1. Open any Confluence page,

2. Click the Approval Path button in the left menu,

3. Open the “Definitions” tab.

4. Click the “Add Definition” button

A new Approval Path form opens. You can add a step or a parallel group.

To create a step, click the Add step button and choose a step type.

To create a parallel group click the Add parallel group button. Drag and drop step/steps in the marked area.
