Summary
In this release, we added an Approval Path button on Confluence pages for easier access to approval workflows and improved the approval window with an expandable group view for better visibility of group members. We also fixed a Confluence REST API permissions issue to ensure proper retrieval and addition of page properties.
Improvements
Implemented Approval Path icon on Confluence pages IMPROVED
We improved the approval process by adding an Approval Path button for easier access. Clicking it opens a modal showing available definitions and running approvals. Changes require installing the latest app version.
Improved group view in approval window IMPROVED
We have added an option to expand the group step at the approval level, showing users inside the group on demand. The default view remains compact.
Bug Fixes
Fixed issue with Confluence REST API permissions FIXED
We have resolved an issue where the technical user couldn’t retrieve or add page properties via the Confluence REST API. Now, if Automation lacks privileges to set a property, a message notifies the customer.
