Approvals, now as a chart! Dashboard Gadget 📈

The Approval Path Dashboard Gadget can aggregate now, not just list. Six presentation types: table, aggregated table, pie, bar, line, and a KPI tile for showing a single number against a target or the previous period.

Better still, you don't have to build any of it. The gadget now opens with ready-made templates: what is waiting on you, median cycle time per definition, approved against rejected, who currently has the biggest queue, and whether the queue is growing at all. Pick one and adjust it, or start from scratch.

Templates, types, and the full configuration options are in the gadget documentation.

Archive an approval instead of deleting it 🗄️

The REST API v2 now has an /archive endpoint, with a matching ARCHIVE_APPROVAL privilege you grant to keys in the API tab. Approvals can be retired programmatically with the audit trail intact, and existing keys need the new privilege before they can use it.

What else changed? 🛠️

  • Improved stability under heavy load, resolving issues that could leave approvals stuck "in progress," trigger duplicate actions, or cause large bulk operations to fail.
