Real-time Updates with Webhooks

Administrators can configure Webhooks to stay in the loop. Get instant notifications when an approval is created, a step decision is made, or an approval process is completed.

Never Miss a Deadline

With our new Approval Expiration settings, admins can set approval validity expiration.

Define precise expiration periods and automate next steps, such as relaunching approvals or triggering webhooks, the moment a validity period ends.

External Approvals Made Easy

Need a decision from someone outside your Jira instance? You can now send Secure Signed Action Links for external approval. By linking an Atlassian account, external approvers can skip the extra steps and use the "Fast Path" to approve or reject directly via email.
