Improved table layouts so non-Approvals tabs fit within 1920×1080 without horizontal scrolling.

Fixed an issue where the subject and from fields failed to render in global settings.
Fixed an issue where some actions from email links were not submitted correctly in the external dashboard.
Fixed a redundant, non-functional “Project” filter in the Delegate tab in Space View.
Fixed an issue where definitions from other projects were shown and improving load performance.
Fixed an issue where editing a step after a parallel group in the definition form could overwrite a different step instead of the one being edited.
