Improvements
Improved filtering options in Approval Path tabs IMPROVED
My Pending Approvals
Any option under “Add more filters”
In Approvals tab, a one-click filter button is now available that shows all approvals requiring a decision from the current user. It’s applicable to any step type, including when acting as a global admin. This helps tracking without needing to manually combine filters. Also, under “Add More Filters,” users can now select “Any” for Step Type and then pick a user, returning results across all step types for that user .
Added Settings: JSM approval links in notification IMPROVED
Admins can define whether approval notification emails include an internal Jira link, a customer portal link, or both (default). Verification confirmed correct behavior—including when approvals are in non-JSM projects .
Bug Fixes
Fixed incorrect behavior of delegation view in Jira ticket FIXED
Previously, selecting “Show delegates” inside a Jira ticket opened the full Project View within the ticket. This has been corrected. Delegation views now behave as expected and stay within the appropriate context.
Fixed XSS vulnerability in 'Approval Name' filter FIXED
We resolved XSS vulnerability affecting the 'Approval Name' filter in Approval Path. The filter now properly sanitizes input to ensure secure usage.
Fixed issue with CSV export in Activity tab FIXED
Previously, when exporting the Activity tab to CSV in Approval Path, only the first page of results was included in the export file. The export function now correctly includes all pages of activity data.
