Contact the Contract Creator 💬

We’ve introduced a new “Contact Creator” feature that allows signers to securely message the contract creator directly from the signing page.

How It Works

  1. The signer opens the contract using the link from the invitation email.

  2. On the signing page, they click Contact Creator.

  3. A message window opens displaying:

    • Contract name

    • Creation date

    • Contract creator’s name

    • Signer’s email address (used as the reply-to address)

  4. The signer enters their message and sends it.
