Summary

This release introduces several improvements including contract cloning, space-aware search, and filtering by space name. We also improved user visibility logic for email-based contracts and addressed issues affecting layout, status display, and contract list behavior. Key bug fixes ensure better accuracy in signature status tracking and field rendering.

New Features

Added option to clone contracts NEW

Users can now clone existing contracts, which opens a prefilled creation dialog based on the selected contract. A default-enabled checkbox allows users to archive the original contract during cloning. All values can be adjusted before sending.

Improvements

Added space label to search results IMPROVED

When searching for documents or selecting attachments, pages with identical names from different spaces now display the space label next to the title. This ensures users can easily distinguish between similar entries.

Added filter by space name in contract list IMPROVED

Users can now filter contracts by space name, improving navigation and contract management across environments. Click interactions on action icons, user links, and checkboxes have also been refined.

Improved support for email-based contracts IMPROVED

Even when a user’s email visibility is set to "Only you and admins," contracts sent to that user via email now appear correctly in the Awaiting Your Signature tab. This ensures proper contract tracking for all recipients, regardless of profile privacy settings.

Bug Fixes

Fixed table layout shift on hover in contract list FIXED

A UI issue that caused column shifts when hovering over contract rows has been resolved. Extra icons no longer cause layout instability.

Fixed status display from “In progress” to “Uncompleted” FIXED

Contracts that miss their signing deadline now correctly display as “Uncompleted” instead of “In progress,” improving clarity on contract status.

Fixed contract list interaction when clicking icons or links FIXED

Action buttons, checkboxes, and user profile links in contract list rows now respond correctly, improving usability in both global and non-global views.

Fixed incorrect or missing field data in Awaiting Contracts tab FIXED

An issue where only one contract appeared at a time and several fields (e.g. deadline, created by) were not displaying correctly has been fixed. The tab now shows all relevant contracts with accurate data.

Fixed issue preventing SMS provider configuration FIXED

An issue that blocked users from configuring an SMS provider has been resolved, restoring full notification functionality.
