How to Add eazyBI Macros

1. Configuration

• Jira:

  • Go to your site settings for this app. Add the main domain confluence.external-share.com, as described here.

  • If you use a custom domain (e.g., docs.warsawdynamics.com), add that as well.

• Confluence:

  • Same process as Jira: enable macro publishing and add the main/custom domain. This is described here.

• Alternative: Public Access Token

  • Use it to embed eazyBI components in an iframe.

  • Works for both Jira and Confluence versions.

2. Add Macro

You can insert the following macros on your Confluence pages and share it externally.

Open

• eazyBI for Jira dashboard

• eazyBI for Jira report

• eazyBI for Confluence dashboard

• eazyBI for Confluence report

3. Share Page Externally

• Click the External Share icon and share it externally.
