Summary

This release includes enhanced support for Confluence blog post sharing, a refined share form experience with autosave, improved layout and styling across dark mode and UI components, and multiple bug fixes addressing layout inconsistencies and navigation issues.

Improvements

Improved Page Customization page IMPROVED

On Global Settings → Page Customization page, we introduced a customizable shared page layout that allows users to tailor various visual elements and settings. This includes options for header, logo, navigation, background, content font styles, password page, and footer. A new interactive configuration panel replaces the previous tab navigation for easier setup. This provides better control over branding and user experience.

Added autosave functionality to share form IMPROVED

The share form now autosaves automatically after 1.2 seconds when the form is valid. It also saves changes when the user closes the form before the autosave timeout. Invalid forms will not be saved.

Improved dark mode support for statuses in TOC IMPROVED

Statuses displayed within the Table of Contents now support dark mode, ensuring a consistent user experience across all themes.

Added search by title in navigation tree IMPROVED

We have added the ability to filter pages by name in the navigation panel on shared Confluence page.

Updated UI controls to follow Atlassian Design System IMPROVED

We aligned the design of input fields, radio buttons, checkboxes, text areas, selects, and tooltips with the latest Atlassian Design System. This update ensures visual consistency and better accessibility in both Global and Space Settings. The improvements also apply to Share Bulk, Send via Email, and recipient selection components.

Added ability to share blogs IMPROVED

Users can now share Confluence blogs using External Share with full support for macros, comments, inline comments, and page history.

Blog posts can also be created as attachment pages. All standard features available for pages have been verified for blog posts.

Bug Fixes

Fixed navigation tree issue FIXED

Resolved an issue where modifying the URL after using the search function in public shares could break the display of deeply nested sub-pages.

Fixed incorrect page height when using expand macro FIXED

Expand macros now render with the correct page height, improving the readability and layout of shared content.

Fixed error message display in dark mode FIXED

Error messages triggered during inline commenting are now properly styled for dark mode, ensuring clear visibility.

Fixed misaligned captions for left- and right-aligned attachments FIXED

Captions now appear directly beneath the associated images or videos, even when aligned to the left or right. This restores layout consistency with the original Confluence page.

Fixed display of captioned images on shared pages FIXED

Images with captions now render correctly in publicly shared pages, fixing an issue that caused layout misalignment.
