Changes

  • Added an security option to limit shared issues, boards, and timelines to the current project to prevent cross-project data from being displayed.

  • Added support for displaying and editing resolution field of work item.

  • Introduced the ability to assign existing issues as subtasks or create new linked/subtasks directly from shared issues, improving hierarchy management and collaboration.

  • Added an option on the share form to show only comments created after a selected date, helping users focus on recent activity.

  • Made radio button fields editable in shared issues.

  • Added support to edit URL fields when creating or viewing issues.

  • Admins can now restrict which field values appear in JQL and filter searches, helping simplify search results.

  • Added a new permission that allows users to delete any attachment.

  • Improved behavior of Jira issue links in shared views, allowing better navigation for group shares and showing an error page when access is restricted.

  • You can now edit and update the Parent field directly in shared issues.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue preventing users from adding or removing issue links in shared issues, including subtasks and linked items.

  • Fixed an issue allowing emojis to be inserted into all elements of a shared issue when editing.

  • Fixed an issue where Quick Filters on Board Shares were not filtering issues correctly.

  • Fixed the Votes tab to display votes in the correct order, showing the most recent votes at the top.

  • Fixed an issue where editing description fields in a shared issue incorrectly changed the reporter to the technical user.

  • Fixed an issue where Sub-tasks and Linked Issues fields were not correctly respecting Issue Layout Settings in shared issues.

  • Fixed an issue where URL-type fields were not displayed as clickable hyperlinks in shares.

  • Fixed an issue where custom field search boxes remained visible in Filter Shares even when the 'Searchable' option was disabled.

  • Fixed an issue allowing Sub-tasks and Linked Issues fields to be added incorrectly in Issue Layout Settings.

  • Fixed an issue where uploaded gallery images showed broken icons instead of correct previews.

  • Fixed shared filters returning incorrect results when filtering by status or other fields.

  • Fixed infinite loading of issue creation details on shared filters when custom label fields appear on many issues.

  • Fixed missing avatars in comment sections on shared JSM tickets, showing correct comment authors instead of the app logo.

  • Fixed invalid priority options appearing for external users when editing priorities in shared issues.

  • Fixed duplicated 'Sprint' fields on client shares and enabled correct filtering for Jira-default Sprints.
