Tag and Notify External Users 📨
You can now mention external users in comments on shared issues.
Mentioned users can view the comment context and receive notifications via the External Dashboard, keeping everyone in the loop without needing full Jira access.
How to set up:
Go to Global Settings and enable external user mentions.
When creating or editing an External Share, open the Mentions tab to add external users to comments.
Mentioned users will automatically appear in their External Dashboard.

Unified Field Settings for Easier Configuration 🔧
Project configuration just got simpler.
Filter and Issue fields are now combined into a single Fields tab, giving you a unified table view for easier management and clearer permissions.
