Changes

  • In Filter Share, filter rows now behave like links, allowing users to open them in a new tab.

  • Combined subcategories in the General tab and moved the “Enable Share” and “Enable Issue Creation” toggles to Link Details → General tab.

  • Updated styling so that all tables in Global and Project (Space) views are displayed as activity components, including minor cosmetic improvements in the Create Share form.

  • Updated the External share link creation view with a new design, applying visual improvements while maintaining existing share creation and clone functionality.

Bug Fixes

  •  Fixed an issue where creating an issue from Share failed on non-English Jira instances due to language-dependent field handling.

  • Fixed an issue where adding a new field in Filter Settings reset all other filter values to “All”.

  • Fixed an issue where the ‘Parent’ field always appeared in the work item (issue) creation window, regardless of the issue type configuration.

  • Fixed an issue where editable rich-text fields failed to render when their contents included attachments.

  • Fixed an issue where user-type field filters in filter shares did not work correctly when their available options were limited.

  • Fixed an issue where selecting a user in filter shares could display the user ID instead of the user name.

  • Fixed an issue where filtering by ‘Checkbox’ and ‘Checkboxes’-type fields did not work in filter shares.

  • Fixed an issue where Board Quick Filters did not work correctly when the board JQL used the “OR” keyword without parentheses.

  • Fixed an issue where the Sprint field filter in Filter shares did not work correctly when using the ‘Selected’ filter values.

  • Fixed an issue where special characters (e.g., ü, ó, ę, ć, Chinese or Arabic characters) in public filter links broke the rendering of nested issues.

  • Fixed an issue where linked work items (issues) in descriptions and comments were incorrectly clickable at level 2 depth.

  • Fixed an issue where the “Clear field” button did not appear immediately after selecting an option from dropdown fields.

  • Fixed an issue where adding a domain in SSO configuration triggered a generic error message, ensuring domains can now be added with proper validation and feedback.

  • Fixed an issue where the Activity view in share configuration displayed activities from all shares of a source item instead of only the relevant share.

  • Fixed an issue where the Issue Picker for Linked Issues and Subtasks displayed issues outside the scope of the share.

  • Fixed a password warning that appeared too early when creating shared links, showing it only if required by project settings.

  • Fixed the “Within the last…” filter in Filter Shares so that Date Picker fields now return only the correct date range, excluding future dates.

  • Fixed an issue where flag emojis appeared as letters (e.g., “NG” for Nigeria) on Windows, while displaying correctly on other operating systems.

  • Fixed an issue where some dropdown fields in the shared work item (issue) view would close and immediately reopen when double-clicked.

  • Fixed an issue where user selection lists were inconsistent across create, transition, and assignee fields.

  • Fixed an issue where users in custom Jira fields could not be tagged in External Share when using “From Share” user pool.

  • Fixed login error messaging to show a clearer message when the login cookie has expired.
