Summary
In this release, we improved dropdown handling, introduced a search box toggle. We also enhanced the Checklist for Jira integration and limited custom domain access to one instance. Applied bug fixes were related to linked issues, layout in Issue View, empty custom fields, and the Selected Users option. We also fixed security feature toggling for project-level shares.
Improvements
Improved dropdown focus handling IMPROVED
Dropdowns in shares now close automatically when clicking or interacting outside of them. This enhancement ensures smoother navigation using touch, mouse clicks, and keyboard (Tab key).
Improved support for issue transition screens IMPROVED
We've added functionality to support issue transition screens during status changes. Users can now edit issue fields during transitions without being blocked by required transition screens. This removes the previous limitation where status changes were halted if a transition screen was needed.
Added an option to toggle search box IMPROVED
We’ve introduced a toggle to control the visibility of the search box per share and shared type, allowing for more flexible share field configuration.
Improved auto-login for verified domain users with SSO IMPROVED
Users with a verified domain and SSO configured will now be automatically logged in without needing confirmation when accessing an external share link.
For new users we wont be sending email with confirmation link for verified domains.

Improved Checklist for Jira Integration IMPROVED
We’ve updated our integration by renaming Issue Checklist for Jira to Checklist for Jira as the plugin changed its name, and adding support for the Enterprise version of the app, alongside the existing Free and Pro versions.
Improved custom domain access limitation IMPROVED
To prevent potential issues, we have improved custom domains to be limited to a single instance, ensuring that users are not redirected incorrectly across multiple Jira instances.
Bug Fixes
Fixed Selected Users option issue FIXED
We fixed an issue where the Selected Users option didn’t enforce access restrictions correctly. Now, only specified email addresses can access shared issues, ensuring proper access control.
Fixed access to linked issues via filter share FIXED
Users couldn’t access linked issues through a filter share, even when the correct permissions were enabled. After fix, shared linked issues can be accessed as expected.
Fixed layout in Issue View FIXED
We’ve addressed the layout problem where there was excessive space between the summary and description.
Fixed empty custom fields in Filter Share FIXED
Previously, there was an issue in Custom Fields in Filter Share appeared empty, with no predefined or custom options. Now, options load correctly.
Fixed share configuration issues FIXED
We have fixed an issue where basic users could incorrectly toggle off a security feature set to "required" in Global Settings while creating project-level shares. Now, the toggle is disabled for users, preventing any changes and avoiding confusion.
