This set of options defines what information and actions are available when sharing a Jira issue via a link. Users with access to the shared link can view existing comments, attachments, changelogs, linked issues, and sub-tasks. Linked issues and sub-tasks are displayed with details like their type, key, summary, status, and priority. Depending on the configuration, users can also add comments or attachments without needing a Jira account.
Additionally, content from linked issues or sub-tasks can be shared under the same visibility rules as the main issue. If enabled, users may also change the issue status or view work logs recorded by Jira users. These options ensure flexibility in sharing and interacting with issues while maintaining control over what is visible and editable.
