Summary

In this release, we’ve improved the user experience with better refresh indicators, sorting features, and email logins. We've also refined the External Share form layout and timeline views. For bug fixes, XSS vulnerabilities, various display issues have been resolved.

Improvements

Improved refresh indicator IMPROVED

When a user makes a change to the shared template, the current preview is now gray out and a loading icon appears until the updated preview is ready.

Improved issue counter IMPROVED

We've added an issue counter for the filter share for better view and navigation.

Improved sorting for "Shared with You" view IMPROVED

A sorting feature has been improved in “Shared with You” tab view on the external user dashboard. The newest shares will now appear at the top, and names are now clickable links that can be opened in a new tab.

Improved scrolling functionality IMPROVED

Added scroll functionality for the filter table and made the title row sticky, similar to the External Share timeline.

Improved “No result” screen display IMPROVED

We have removed “No result” screen when there is default configuration in project configuration tab.

Improved email logins in global settings IMPROVED

We have implemented Gmail and Outlook login options under Global Settings → Custom Email, allowing users to send emails via their logged-in accounts.

Improved timeline view IMPROVED

We've updated the timeline share view to remove the parent key prefix from subtask summaries, as it's no longer necessary.

Improved External Share form layout IMPROVED

We improved the External Share form to clearly separate options for boards, filters, roadmaps, and single issues. This helps users better navigate different field types.

Bug Fixes

CSS Fixes FIXED

• Fixed popouts display issues where popouts are not organized in center on the screen.

• Fixed wrong color of scrollbar, share names on external user dashboard appeared in dark mode.

• Resolved a formatting issue in the changelog that caused display problems on smaller screens.

Security Fixes FIXED

• We have prevented unauthorized editing rights for "Viewer" users in private team-managed Jira projects.

• We have prevented attackers from external shares they don’t own.

Fixed XSS Vulnerability FIXED

We have fixed XSS vulnerability on the API Key Usage page.

Fixed Logo/Favicon issue FIXED

Fixed an issue where custom logos and favicons weren’t fully removed after restoring default settings until the page was refreshed. Now logos and favicons are removed without an issue.

Board card layout error fix FIXED

Addressed an error where the system failed to read the 'id' property in the board card layout.

Fixed "No Access to Share" Error FIXED

Users were experiencing an error and infinite loading when trying to edit project-level shares created by others. This issue has been resolved.

Corrected display in share history FIXED

We fixed a bug where deleted actions in external share history were incorrectly labeled as “updated.”
