Summary 🌟
In this release, we have new features including quick action buttons, new API endpoint and comment feature when issue gets rejected. Several fixes and improvements also introduced.
New Features
Added option to approve directly from emails without logging in NEW
We Developed a feature enabling users to take an approval action directly from email notifications without logging into Jira. From Global Settings → General → Notifications, we have added a configuration sub-option for administrators titled Enable actions without login
under the existing Enable action buttons in notification emails
setting.
Improvements
Improved approval process IMPROVED
Before, if you stop watching the issue, approval won’t start. We've improved the approval process to allow starting approvals even with 0 watchers.
Bug Fixes
Fixed automatic reminder malfunction FIXED
There was an issue where emails were not sent as scheduled, even when automatic reminders were enabled

Previously, there was an issue from customer view(Help Center), approval lists were broken. After fix now approval list appears without any issue.
Enable approval or rejection of tickets directly from email without logging into Jira
We Developed a feature enabling users to take an approval action directly from email notifications without logging into Jira.

Quick action buttons added on approval list view NEW
We have added "Approve", "Reject" and “Abstain” buttons to the approvals list. It allows users to take actions directly without entering each approval detail view.
