There are two ways to open the Approval Path space settings:
Click the Approval Path button in the left menu.
Open Confluence space, go to Space Settings and in the “App links” section select “Approval path
You can view, add and remove approval definitions.

In the “Definitions” tab you can add definitions. You can also see and edit a list of all definitions.

Delegate

The "Delegate" allows you to view and manage the delegations within your project. By default, only active delegations that are enabled and within the specified date range will be shown. Additionally, you have the option to add new delegations or make changes to existing ones.
You can Filter it by:
Delegators,
Delegates,
Groups.
