Conditions

...

Conditions” tab allows you the ability to establish criteria using Jira expressions. These conditions serve as qualifiers for either generating an approval or incorporating a step into it. When the criteria are satisfied, approval is created or the assigned step seamlessly integrates into the approval process. Conversely, if the conditions aren't met or an error arises during assessment, approval creation fails or the step is omitted from the flow.

Conditions” can be sorted by project, allowing you to review their variations and their application within specific issue contexts.

This feature enables a comprehensive browsing of the conditions' versions and their usage across issues.

Delegate

...

The “Delegate” tab serves the purpose of allowing internal approvers within a system or application to assign their approval tasks to another user in case they are unavailable or unable to perform those tasks themselves. When an original approver (delegator) is unavailable, a designated user (delegatee) can step in and carry out the approval tasks on behalf of the delegator.

Global administrators, are granted the authority to set up delegation for any project and can specify both the delegator (the original approver) and the delegatee (the temporary assignee).

This feature ensures the smooth flow of approval tasks within a system, promoting workflow continuity and efficiency.
