You can toggle named public links, comments, page content edition, attachments, labels, page history, page status and child pages and labels. You can control if unsupported macros will be visible on a shared page or if relevant placeholder information will be displayed at their position in content.

You can enforce security policies for new and updated shares, define link expiration dates, and require configure security settings, such as defining a link expiration date and time, requiring a password to view the linkaccess the link, displaying comments with restrictions, and enabling corporate SSO login. To enable SSO, please refer to the steps provided in the SAML/SSO Setup Guide document.

Defaults tab

You can choose which options will be selected by default when creating a new link.

When "selected user" is selected as default, but the user creating the link does not enter an email address or deselect this option, the link cannot be opened.

Custom default share names

You may redefine default name of shares. Using names of contextual fields will results in substituting them with actual values. Available fields:

  • ${userName} - name of the share's creator'

  • ${userMail} - mail of the share's creator

  • ${creationDate} - date in dd/MM/yyyy format

  • ${creationUSDate} - date in MM/dd/yyyy format

  • ${creationTime} - time and date in dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm format

  • ${creationUSTime} - time and date in MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm format

  • ${contentName} - name of the content

  • ${spaceName} - name of the space

Selected user tab

You can restrict email addresses or domains for the selected user functionality. While creating a link only the listed addresses/domains will be allowed to be used.
