For External Users

To see how external share view (e.g., Board view, Filter view) appears for more than just issue sharing, visit our Screenshots page. Depending on the settings, external users may be able to edit issues, add comments or attachments, or update the issue's status. These options can be configured in Share Configuration.

Authenticated external users can access the shared Dashboard.

Here, they can view shared content, manage watch options, and track their own activity.

For more details on how authenticated external users interact with shared content, refer to our External User documentation.

By default, shared issues display the Issue Summary, Description, Status, Assignee, Reporter, and Components. You can manage the shared fields in the Project Settings.
