Group or groups from issue field.
Issue field has to be accessible on create screen
This can be standard field or custom field.
In case of custom field you can use group or multi-group select field.
Groups are revealed at time of Approval Path start
When you start Approval Path we fetch issue fields and use selected groups
Once group or groups are determined this step behaves same as Group Step.
