What is External Watch?

Subscription allows external users to stay updated on changes related to shared contents in Jira.

It is particularly beneficial for external users as it saves time by enabling them to continuously monitor multiple shared Jira contents in one place. By using this feature, collaboration becomes more immediate, allowing work to progress more efficiently.

Each shared link includes a Start Watching button, which allows logged-in users to subscribe to the issue. If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create one by following the registration steps.
