Summary

In this release, we have improved naming consistency within app, added enhancements to improve user experience. We addressed several issues related to macros, audit trail settings, and signer configurations.

Improvements

Updated term for better clarity IMPROVED

We updated a few labels to better reflect their purpose within the Contract Signatures process.

• Renamed “Contract expiration time” to

  in Contract Metadata Macro.

• Renamed document state "Active" to "Present"

• Renamed documents status "Expired" to "Uncompleted"

Better validation during contract creation IMPROVED

To avoid incorrect configuration, now it’s impossible to create a contract with a watcher if no notification is selected.

Pre-filled Atlassian account in singers settings IMPROVED

When you choose Atlassian account as the access method from default settings for signers, the email address field is now automatically filled in with the email linked to the Atlassian account.

This only applies if the current user has permission to view the signer's email address. Visibility depends on the signer's email privacy settings.

 

Bug Fixes

Fixed Issue with Macros FIXED

• Corrected an issue where the Signature macro showed the wrong value in exported CSVs.

• Fixed display issues with the Contract Signatures Details macro.

Fixed audit trail setting issue FIXED

We fixed an issue where the "Append audit trail" setting was lost after exporting and re-importing a CSV. It now stays selected as expected.

Fixed Default Signer Settings issue FIXED

Resolved a problem where changes to default signer settings unintentionally affected previously edited signer settings. This has been fixed.
