Having trouble with Installations, Licenses, Payments, Trial Extensions, or Refunds

If you are running into issues with any of the following:

• App installation or removal

• License activation, cancellation, or extension

• Payments, purchases, or quotes

• Refunds

Please reach out directly to Atlassian Support https://support.atlassian.com/ or your solution partner. Because Atlassian handles all marketplace transactions and licensing independently, we don't have direct control over these matters from our end. They will be able to sort it out for you quickly!

How can I extend my free trial?

The process is as follows:

1. Contact Atlassian to request a trial extension.

2. Request a trial extension from us via email (support@warsawdynamics.com) or through the support portal.

3. Once we approve, simply submit a screenshot of our approval back to Atlassian.

4. Enjoy the trial extension.

Can we display same results in search as Atlassian?

Unfortunately, no. Currently, Atlassian does not provide an API endpoint that allows us to fetch the exact same results.
We use CQL search to emulate experience but result can be different and have different order.

Do you support the custom emoji panel?

We cannot support this right now because Atlassian hasn't made this information available via their API.

Why are my child pages not showing up immediately?

Sometimes, when you share a recently created page or add a new child page to an existing share, the child pages might not appear in the navigation tree right away.

Don't worry! This is not an error. Confluence simply needs a few minutes to process and index new content in the background.
