Improvements
Improved definition layout IMPROVED
The layout for setting the definition has been improved to make it more visually appealing and easier to navigate, as demonstrated below.
Improved filter form IMPROVED
In the Approvals tab, we’ve redesigned the filter bars, and they now look much better.
Previously, the filter search only supported options like user, group, or email. Now, we’ve added more options, such as “Awaiting decision by...” and “Started by...”, making it more versatile and user-friendly.
Bug Fixes
Fixed bug with enabling comments during rejection FIXED
Previously, comments were not required when rejecting steps, even if the option to require comments was enabled. This has been resolved, ensuring that the comment requirement is now properly enforced for all step types when rejecting issues.
Fixed Abstain option not working correctly FIXED
A bug was identified where Abstain Option did not function as expected. This issue has been resolved, ensuring proper handling of abstain votes in approval workflows.
To learn how Abstain options works, refer to the Abstain Option documentation.
Fixed repeated Account Registration Emails to external users FIXED
External users were receiving an Account Registration email each time approval was required even though they already registered. After the fix, they now only receive a "Call for Action" email to complete the approval process.
