How to create Attachment Share link

Using External Share for Confluence, you can share attachments. 

Click ▼ button on Create External Share Link, you will find Attachment option.

Open

You have possibility to share single attachment or multiple attachments.

Configuration for Attachment Share

General tab

you can customize Link name, description for internal use, and the selection of attachements. For example, below image shows how selected all attachement on page shows.

Security tab

expiration, password, ip restriction. Possibility to generate permalink to attachment

Selected Users

You can restrict email addresses or domains for the selected user functionality. When creating a link, only the listed addresses or domains will be allowed.

Activity

you can view activity on shared links
