Link Details Options
Link Details | Option | Notes |

1 | URL | The link URL to view the Jira issue |
2 | Link Name | The link name is for internal use only and will not be shared with the link |
3 | Description | The link description is for internal use only and will not be shared with the link |
4 | Send via email | Send the link and additional details via email directly in the app |
5 | Status | Shows the status of the link. Possible options are: ACTIVE EXPIRED DISABLED |
6 | Created | The date and time the link was created |
7 | Created by | The user who created the link |
8 | Last time updated | The date and time the link was last edited |
9 | Last updated by | The user who last edited the link |
10 | Opened | The number of times the link has been visited |

Jira Service Desk Comments and Attachments
External Share for Jira is compatible with Jira Service Desk Internal and Public comments and attachments

Security Options
