Jira Service Desk additional features

In service management projects External Shared links have additional features:

 

  • Internal comments

  • Public comments

  • Internal attachments

  • Public attachments

Internal comments are seen as internal notes.

Public comments are seen as replies to customers.

Internal attachments are added in comments (as internal notes)

 

Public attachments are added to issues.
