Saved Filters

Saved Filters

Saved Filters in Approval Path

You can now save your customized filters in both the Approvals and Definitions tabs.

Saved filters are stored within Confluence add‑on properties using the REST API. All users with appropriate permissions can access and modify this data—our app doesn’t restrict or prevent these changes, so please be mindful.

What You Can Do

  • Save, apply, edit, and delete filters in the Approvals and Definitions tabs

  • Use all available filter types

  • Share filters with other users or groups.

  • Search through the list of saved filters

  • Use saved filters in:

    • Confluence: Global view and Space view

How to Save a Custom Filter
