Filter Approvals by Assignee new

Added an option to filter approved approvals by assignee on the approval list form.

Define Actions on Rejected Approval new

Users are now able to define actions that are called when an approval is rejected using the reject step.

Rejection Comment new

Whenever an approval is rejected, users can include a comment explaining the reason for the rejection. This comment will be displayed in the approval path conclusion comment, providing context for the rejection.

Improvements

Improved UI Email Template Improved

Enhanced UI for the email messages sent to external approvers. Emails are sent in both HTML and plain text format.

Bug fixes

Reject step without approval step Fixed

We have fixed an issue where users were able to create an approval path with only a reject step and no approval steps, which is not a valid configuration. This issue has been resolved and users will no longer be able to create approval paths without at least one approval step.
