Summary
In this release, we've introduced email configuration under Global Settings and enhanced the step selection experience in parallel steps. We've also improved the layout and usability of the Approval Path and resolved an issue where conditions were not saving properly in the issue field group step.
New Features
Added email configuration in Global Settings NEW
Email customization has been added under the Email section in Global Settings.
Supported email carrier types: Integrated (default), SMTP with STARTTLS, Gmail API, Outlook API
Sender email is customizable (default:
no-reply@app.approval-path.com)
Improvements
Improved step selection in parallel step IMPROVED
The Parallel step allows multiple users/groups to decide in parallel. We've improved the selection process.
Users can make a decision in the first available step.
The active step is highlighted with a dark blue circle.
Users can switch to other available steps by clicking on a light blue circle.
Improved Approval Path layout and usability IMPROVED
We have refined the UI/UX of the approvals, activity, definitions tab in Approval Path.
Bug Fixes
Fixed issue with condition not saving in Issue Field - Group FIXED
We have resolved a problem where selected conditions in the Issue Field - Group step appeared to save but were not retained. Conditions now correctly persist after saving the definition and when re-entering the edit view.
