Space View

To access the space view, go to Space apps on the left panel of the Confluence and select External Share.

View Links

You can view all links from this specific space with page and link names, creator, creation and last updated date and time, last modifier, number of times the links were opened, password, expiration date, domains, link statuses, and available actions (edit, send via email, or delete).

Clicking Customize Columns allows you to select which columns you want to display in the table.

The external share links can be filtered by:

  • Page name

  • Created by

  • Last updated by

  • Link status

  • Selected users

  • Shared page uuid

  • Link name

Admin can download external share link lists as a CSV file for easier management.


Activity

The activity tab allows you to view all activities that have taken place for external shared links in the current space for visibility.

Spaces Configuration

Space Configuration allows admins to manage sharing settings, including enabling/disabling external sharing, setting default link options, and configuring security controls like expiration dates, passwords, and SSO. It also provides auditing features and customization for shared link names and user access restrictions.

Below the Space Configuration settings, you can check who can manage created share links under Permissions and ‘Delete all’ button.

Admin can manage permissions in Global Settings.

By clicking Delete all button, you can delete all External Share links for current space.
